Program Support Assistant (Quality Management) Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: The employee is responsible for initiating communication and coordinating the flow of information between the Chief's Office and other clinical sections in order to facilitate continuity of patient care. Participates in establishing protocols for incoming data, organizes and retrieves computerized data and enters computerized data into various systems accurately and timely.
