Engeman Theater at Northport is currently looking for an Assistant House Manager / Box Office Representative.
We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual who is a team-player and who is flexible with their schedule.
The Assistant House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the theater, from prepping the Theater to overseeing the Front of House staff.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Ensuring excellent customer service from the Front of House and Box Office staff Ensures and provides an excellent patron experience Resolves conflicts with patrons including but not limited to seating disputes, customer complaints, etc Maintains theater & public areas to ensure a clean environment for all Coordinates opening and closing Theater for daily operations Comfortable opening & closing Theater for daily operations Responsible for cash distribution and reconciliation Reliability and Flexibility is key Computer literate; ability to multitask Excellent phone skills & the ability to work well with others in a small, fast-paced environment On the spot decision making Great communication skills; speaks clearly & confidently NIGHTS & WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED!!!
